About us

Established in 2016, Classic Rides offers chauffeur driven classic cars for special events.
Our goal is to provide a reliable, affordable and secure service to clients which ensures they have one less thing to stress about on their special day. We predominantly cater for Matric balls, weddings, group tours, birthdays and shoots, but are more than happy to assist clients outside these areas. Currently we operate in the greater Cape Town and Johannesburg/Pretoria areas and will consider requests in nearby towns as well.

All of our cars are privately owned by trusted vintage car collectors who are passionate about their cars. Most of the time, the owner will be your chauffeur. This ensures that our cars are kept in fantastic condition while also giving the passengers the opportunity to learn about the car and it's deep and rich history.

Our fantastic cars and owners are complemented by our cutting-edge online booking system. This allows clients to quickly find vehicles that are not already booked on a certain date and meet any of their other specifications.
The booking system also automatically notifies and reminds our owners about upcoming rides. This guarantees that they are always up-to-date and never double book or forget a ride.
